Walk your way to fitness and enjoy the beautiful hills of the South Downs!
Our qualified Mountain Leaders will guide you on spectacular walks around the South Downs as well as improving your fitness. We can teach you about the skills needed to enjoy this environment independently, covering:
- Route planning & navigation
- Walking skills
- Clothing & equipment choice
- Hazards & emergencies
- Natural environment
The course costs £50 per person and will be delivered over four Saturday morning sessions on 18th January, 25th January, 1st February and 8th February 2020.

No previous experience needed.
Each course is limited to a maximum of 12 participants to 1 instructor.
Standard outdoor walking clothing is required including rucksack, waterproofs & appropriate footwear.
