By booking and signing below, you agree to the following declarations:

• By booking in this activity, I agree to release and hold harmless Lodge Hill, along with its employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, or damages that may result from participation. This includes any injury, illness, or damage, unless caused by negligence.
• I understand that I must notify Lodge Hill staff at time of booking or via email thereafter of any pre-existing medical condition which may impact mine or my child’s ability to take part in any activity at Lodge Hill and will be solely responsible for ensuring that any medication myself or my child may require is always kept with me at all times during the activity. I understand to inform Lodge Hill staff of any changes to mine or my child’s physical health/fitness that may affect their day.
• I consent to the above-named to take part in any activities whilst attending Lodge Hill including air rifles. I acknowledge that Lodge Hill offers outdoor activities which cannot be guaranteed entirely risk free. I understand that if myself or any members of my party cannot follow the safety measures put in place, they will be asked to leave Lodge Hill.
• I acknowledge receipt of and understand the information about the proposed visit/activity.
• I understand that Lodge Hill operates independently and is a WSCC approved and accredited centre.
• I give the Lodge Hill staff permission to give the participant any medical treatment that medical authorities deem necessary, including anaesthetic and blood transfusion.
• I understand that these events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• I agree that the information provided is correct and I have not withheld any information.
• I have read this liability waiver in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I know this is a release of liability between me and Lodge Hill. By signing below, I agree to above by all rules and regulations established by Lodge Hill.
